Do your themes work on Free WordPress.com sites?

No, commercial WordPress themes like ours do not work on free WordPress.com sites. You must have your own self-hosted version of WordPress installed on your website to be able to use one of our Mysitemyway themes. See WordPress’s official list of hosting providers if you don’t have a website with WordPress installed.

Can I use your themes on more than one website?

Yes, you can purchase a single Mysitemyway theme and use it on more than one site.

Can I use your themes to build websites for my clients?

Yes, you can use Mysitemyway themes to build sites for your clients. If you will be providing ongoing support to your clients once their sites are built, you are under no obligation to purchase a new theme for each client. But if your clients will be working on the sites themselves at some point, you might be better served to re-purchase our themes in their names so that your clients can access our support forum themselves instead of always having to contact you. We pride ourselves in the quality of support we provide, and we have friendly, well-trained, support personnel in multiple time zones around the world to ensure as timely a response as possible.

Can I sell websites created using your themes?

Yes, you can sell websites created using Mysitemyway themes, but we will only provide support to you as the original purchaser of the theme. If a buyer would like to access our support forum, he or she would have to re-purchase the theme in their own name. You could of course do this for them, thereby making access to an ongoing support forum an additional benefit of buying your website.

What is your refund policy?

We stand behind the quality of our themes, and believe that you will be fully satisfied. If, for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30 day, no-hassle, money-back guarantee.

Simply contact us here: Mysitemyway Support and we will issue a refund to you. Refunds can only be issued for items purchased through mysitemyway.com directly.

Is there a support forum where I can get help with your themes?

Yes, Mysitemyway themes come with free access to our active support forum. We pride ourselves in the quality of support we provide, and we have friendly, well-trained, support personnel in multiple time zones around the world to ensure as timely a response as possible.

What kind of license comes with your themes?

All Mysitemyway themes are released under the same GPL license that is used by WordPress:

Do your themes come with PSD’s (Layered Photoshop Files)?

Yes, all Mysitemyway themes come with layered PSD files.

Do you provide any in-house customization services to purchasers of your themes?

No, we do not currently provide any in-house customization services, but we do provide extensive general theme support through our popular support forum.

Do your themes work with latest version of WordPress and WordPress Multi-User (MU)?

Yes, all Mysitemyway themes are frequently updated to work with the latest version of WordPress.

WordPress Multi-User (MU) is no longer being developed by WordPress as a separate entity. Its features and capabilities have now been incorporated into WordPress 3.0 as MultiSite, which all Mysitemyway themes fully support.

Can I remove the Mysitemyway copyright notice in the footer?

Do you offer a free trial?

No, we currently don’t offer a free trial, but you can buy with confidence knowing that all our themes come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Payment Process Questions

What forms of payment do you except?

All of Mysitemyway’s payment processing is handled through PayPal. After checkout you’ll be redirected to PayPal.com where all payment processing will take place securely on PayPal’s website. PayPal currently accept the following credit cards:

MasterCard
Discover
American Express

You can also pay for your Mysitemyway themes with your PayPal account balance.

You do not need a PayPal account to purchase single themes from Mysitemyway, PayPal will accept any of the above credit cards without an account. If you’re purchasing a Mysitemyway Theme Membership and you don’t currently have a PayPal account, it will be necessary for you to create one so Mysitemyway can process the recurring Membership Fee.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, you can pay for your Mysitemyway themes with PayPal.

How long does it take to process payment?

If you are using Credit Card/ Paypal account balance, the process is almost immediate and your Mysitemyway themes will be available for download as soon as Paypal alerts us with regards to your payment. If you are paying with a PayPal E-Check, the process will take up to 4 business days due to clearance process.

When & where can I download my themes?

Your Mysitemyway themes will be available for download as soon as your payment is processed. Click here to view the above FAQ regarding how long payment processing can take.

To download your themes login to your Mysitemyway account and select “My Downloads” from the “My Account” dropdown menu.

I haven’t received any emails yet?

After purchasing a Mysitemyway theme you’ll receive a series of emails. Below is a description of each:

Order conformation: This email confirms & contains details about your order.

Payment conformation: This email confirms that we’ve received your payment.

Account login details: This email contains your Mysitemyway “Username” & “Password”.

Depending on your email service provider it can be several minutes before the above emails are received. If after 1-2 hours you still haven’t received any of the above emails and you’re unable to download themes you’ve purchased please contact us through Mysitemyway support. Be sure to also check your emails spam folder as sometimes the above emails may be mistakenly marked as spam.

I can’t download my themes after going to “My Downloads”?

If you’ve purchased your Mysitemyway themes with Credit Card/ Paypal account balance payment processing is almost immediate, but sometimes it can take several minutes for PayPal to process your payment. If after 15-20 minutes you’re still unable to download the themes you’ve purchased please contact us through Mysitemyway support with your order conformation number.

Mysitemyway Subscription Questions

What will happen if I cancel my membership subscription?

You can cancel your membership subscription at any time. If you do so, you will not be able to download any more Mysitemyway.com themes or updates to themes that you have already downloaded. If you decide to rerenew your membership subscription at a later date, you will be required to pay the one-time sign-up fee again. Please note that this only applies to membership subscriptions to our WordPress themes. If you purchased a single theme, your purchase comes with lifetime updates at no additional cost.

How complicated would it be to cancel my membership subscription?

You can easily cancel your membership at any time from your “My Downloads” tab.

Will I still get theme support if I cancel my membership subscription?

Yes, you will still have access to our support forum, knowledgebase, and tutorials even if you cancel your membership subscription. The only consequence of canceling your membership subscription is that you will not be able to download additional Mysitemyway.com themes or updates to themes that you have already downloaded.

Can I still use all the themes that I downloaded if I cancel my membership subscription?

Yes, you can use all the themes that you have downloaded even if you cancel your membership subscription.

Single Theme Purchase Questions

Will I be charged every month if I buy a single theme package?

No, you will not be charged any monthly fee of any kind if you buy a single theme package. You pay only once, and you will never be billed again. Monthly billing only applies to a membership subscription, which would give you access to all of our current WordPress themes plus any new ones that we release during your membership subscription.

Will my single theme package ever expire?

No, your single theme package will never expire, nor will you ever be required to make any additional payments to receive updates and theme support.

General Theme Functionality Questions

Do you update your themes to keep them working with the latest version of WordPress?

Yes, we will continuously update our themes to keep them working with the latest version of WordPress.

Do you ever update your themes for any other reason?

Yes, we update our themes any time we discover a bug or decide to add a new feature. You can view the changes that come with each update from the theme’s changelog before deciding whether or not to install the newly updated theme.

Do your themes work with all Internet browsers?

Mysitemyway themes supports the five major browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari and Opera. We paid special attention on creating valid code that will be recognized and supported by all browsers.
